Ingredients
  

1 packet ramen noodles (discard seasoning)
100–120 g chicken breast, thinly sliced
2 eggs
½ cup mushrooms (button or shiitake), sliced
1 tsp oil or butter
1 tsp garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp soy sauce (low sodium preferred)
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp chilli flakes (optional)
2½ cups water or light chicken stock
Spring onions, coriander leaves, & sesame seeds for garnish
